Where is your order?

Most likely you have received tracking via email (check spam), but if this is missing, please contact us!

Can I exchange the items I received?

See the returns page linked above.

Where is the return label?

You will receive this by email when the return form is filled out, but if you need a different type of return, reply to us by email and we will usually order it :)

Change order before it ships?

We can arrange this if your package is not yet sent. Email us and include both what you want to remove from the order and what you want to add. Preferably with product link, color and size so that it is clear what you want to exchange for.

Wrong item received?

Send an email with a picture of the item you received. Please note that if you are returning an item that is incorrectly labeled, please include information about this in the package so that the warehouse is aware of the error when they receive the return.

Missing item?

Send an email and we'll arrange a new shipment in 1,2,3 🚀

Package marked as delivered according to tracking, but you can't find it?

Check with your neighbors and the shipping company. In 99% of cases, this will be resolved.
But if the package is still missing, we are here to resolve this
anyway!
